Redefining hospital

We are redefining what it means to be a hospital—because KIDS THESE DAYS* deserve the most innovative care available.

Exceptional and integrated care is what families, children and youth deserve. We are committed to partnering with them and the community to provide this care — where, when and how it’s needed.

*KIDS THESE DAYS is an official mark of Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario – Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre.

CHEO is:

Whether a child you love – or you yourself as an adolescent – face illness, developmental issues or other health challenges, we’re here for you. Our goal is to deploy all of these services to help you and your family.

Partnerships

CHEO is a founding member of the Kids Come First Health Team. Kids Come First includes over 60 organizations, family and youth partners, nearly 1,100 physicians, and thousands of individuals including children, youth and families. As one of the member organizations, CHEO will deliver services in ways that matters to children, youth, and families and we will work with our partners to do the same.

CHEO is also a member of the Kids Health Alliance, a network of partners working to create a high quality, standardized and coordinated approach to pediatric health care in Ontario that is centred around children, youth and their families.

We partner with organizations in Nunavut, Northern Ontario and western Quebec, as well as throughout Eastern Ontario.

Beyond Ottawa

CHEO has satellite services located throughout eastern Ontario, and partners with organizations in Nunavut, eastern and northern Ontario, and western Quebec.

We host a number of provincial and federal programs:
